English Premier League outfit Liverpool and Spanish La Liga side Barcelona have got a lot of scores to settle as they are both expected to clash in the Champions League semi-finals later in May while they are also in contention for a summer window target.

Liverpool and Barcelona secured wins against Porto and Man United respectively in the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League and this could be another opportunity to clash again as the world anticipates.

However, both teams have now emerged as favourites to land one of Europe’s top prospects and French Ligue 1 outfit Lille star Nicolas Pepe ahead of the coming summer transfer window.

The Ivory Coast international was wanted by a number of top European sides including PSG, Arsenal and Napoli but the two semi-final teams have been named as favourites.

Nicolas Pepe has been impressive for Lille so far this season and he has been tipped as one of the best attackers currently playing in Europe which is the reason why he is attracting a lot of interests.

However, the Merseyside outfit are tipped to secure a win against Barcelona in the race for Nicolas Pepe but it has been suggested that the player will make the final decision.
