Two Everton players have been rewarded with their respective spots on the Premier League Team of the Week list as compiled by popular media outlet Goal.
The Team of the Week list for Premier League Matchweek 35 was dominated by players of Crystal Palace and Everton in the wake of their victories over Arsenal and Manchester United respectively.
Arsenal were beaten 3-2 at home by fellow London club Crystal Palace while Everton thrashed Manchester United 4-0 at home to further dent the Red Devils’ quest to qualify for Champions League football.
French defender and Icelandic international Gylfi Sigurdsson were on target for Everton against Manchester United and they both made the list.

Everton took the lead in the 13th minute through Brazilian international attacker Richarlison before the aforementioned Sigurdsson added a second goal from outside the box to give the Toffees a 2-0 lead at the halftime interval.
Lucas Digne scored a third goal for Everton before substitute Theo Walcott rounded off the scoring to give the hosts a 4-0 win at the full-time whistle.
As a result of the dominant win, Everton moved three places above the likes of Leicester City, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Watford into seventh spot on the league table while Manchester United stay in sixth place when a win could have taken them to as high as fourth spot.
