Barcelona took the first lead against Real Sociedad after Clement Lenglet found the back of the net on the stroke of the halftime interval.

Juanmi then equalised for Real Sociedad in the 62nd minute but they were only level for two minutes before star player Lionel Messi setup Jordi Alba to score the second goal for Barcelona.

That was how the game ended as Barcelona sealed a 2-1 win over Real Sociedad to move closer to retaining the trophy won last season.

Barcelona are on the hunt for three trophies this term.
