Portuguese outfit Porto boss Sergio Conceicao has lamented that the 4-1 scoreline between his team and Merseyside outfit Liverpool was not “real” because it did not reflect the true situation of the game.

According to him, the game was tighter than it reflected in the result, stressing that it was unfair to his team because they do not deserve that level of defeat.

After a 2-0 win at the Anfield, Liverpool were able to secure another 4-1 win at Porto’s home to gain a qualification to the semi-finals of the Champions League for the second consecutive years.

The Porto head coach stated that his team did not deserve the kind of defeat, noting that the manager Jurgen Klopp team only had four targets on goal and were able to score four.

However, he hailed the Reds team as a team with big quality as he tipped them to go all the way to the finals of the competition.

Meanwhile, Liverpool will now meet Barcelona in the semi-finals which means Luis Suarez, and Philippe Coutinho would have a return to the Anfield in a couple of weeks.

Should Liverpool defeat Barcelona, they will be playing in the Champions League finals for the second consecutive years.
