Former Liverpool player Jamie Carragher has given a detailed analysis of Brazilian international Fabinho, especially in his performance so far this season.

Fabinho joined the Reds team in the last summer transfer window in a £40 million deal but he had a very slow start as he could not break into the team but that has changed over time as he is now a major part of the team.

The Brazilian has therefore won the heart of the German boss Jurgen Klopp and has been handed the solid midfield role while Jordan Henderson was pushed to a more advanced role.

Jamie Carragher, therefore, stated that Fabinho cannot run as fast as Henderson but he is a better player in the midfield which is the reason why he is more preferred.

The former Liverpool player stated that Fabinho is better because he reads the situation on the pitch and helps to create movements when going forward.

However, Jamie Carragher stated that Fabinho and Jordan Henderson have been able to form a big partnership in the middle and that has been helpful to the manager Jurgen Klopp team to push for a title win this season.

The Reds team now have two titles to battle for- the English Premier League and the Champions League.
