Why Hazard’s deal to Madrid is far from reached

It has been claimed by football journalist Matt Law that the deal for Belgium international and West London outfit Chelsea star Eden Hazard is far from reached.

It is no longer news that Eden Hazard would be leaving the West London outfit at the end of the season after refusing to agree to a new deal.

He has made it clear that he would love to play under his football idol Zinedine Zidane at the Spanish La Liga Real Madrid despite the insistence of the Blues management to keep him.

However, journalist Matt Law has revealed that talks have already begun between the two teams for a deal as they have long initiated contact but they are still held by one thing.

According to him, both teams have different stands on the fee for the Belgium international as Chelsea are insisting on a £100 million sum while the Spanish La Luga have stood their ground on £85 million and are not ready to go any further.

It is feared that this could be a major setback for Eden Hazard in his bid to seal his dream move to the club this season.

However, manager Maurizio Sarri has stated that it would be impossible to replace Eden Hazard because of his importance to the team.
