Manchester United attacker Marcus Rashford is reportedly on a four-man striker shortlist at Spanish La Liga champions Barcelona.

This is according to the publication from popular Spanish newspaper Marca which claimed that Barcelona have halted their quest to sign highly-rated Eintracht Frankfurt striker Luka Jovic and have turned their attention to a four-man list of alternatives

The list of alternatives includes Marcus Rashford and three others namely Rodrigo Moreno (Valencia), Antoine Griezmann (Atletico Madrid) and Nicolas Pepe (Lille).

Marcus Rashford has been in very good form for Manchester United since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took charge of first-team matters at the club.

He has scored eight goals in all competitions since former club striker Solskjaer became the Manchester United manager in December.

Rashford has been able to revive his form under Solskjaer in comparison with what was obtainable under Jose Mourinho earlier this season.

Solskjaer replaced Jose Mourinho after the Portuguese tactician led the club to a disastrous start to the Premier League season this term.

Marcus Rashford has two years left on his current deal at Manchester United who are keen to sign him to a new deal amidst the interest from clubs like Real Madrid, Juventus and Barcelona.

Manchester United can also activate an additional year clause in his contract to take him to 2022.
