Juventus Plotting Summer Bid For 14-Goal Man Utd Target

Italian Serie A champions are planning a summer move for highly-rated Benfica attacker Joao Felix according to widespread reports emanating from the media in Italy.

According to the specific report from Italian news outlet Tuttosport, Juventus are plotting a big money move for the young Portuguese forward.

Joao Felix has been linked with several European clubs ahead of the resumption of the transfer window this summer.

The 19-year-old has been touted as a possible transfer addition to clubs like Liverpool, Barcelona, Bayern Munich and three-time European champions Manchester United.

Juventus will have to pay his full release clause at Benfica.

Portuguese teen sensation Joao Felix has a €120m release clause in his current deal at Benfica after he penned a new contract earlier this season.

He has been in superb form for Benfica in what’s his breakout season at the club and it’s not surprising that a lot of the major European sides are on his trail.

Joao Felix has scored 14 goals and provided four assists in 30 games for Benfica in all competitions including a fantastic treble against German Bundesliga outfit Eintracht Frankfurt on Thursday.

He scored three goals for Benfica as they beat 10-man Frankfurt 4-2 in their Europa League quarterfinal first leg clash.

Both sides meet again in Germany for the second leg next week Thursday.
