West London outfit Chelsea are reported to be interested in Atlético Paranaense midfielder Bruno Guimarães, with reports claiming that the Blues had sent a scout to watch the 21-year-old defensive midfielder in Paranaense’s 3-0 victory over Boca Juniors in the Copa Libertadores.

The reports claim that the scouts are satisfied with the performance of Bruno Guimarães and they could move in for him.

Bruno Guimarães is only 21 but he has been impressive to have caught the attention of a number of Europan sises and there are fears that he would not remain at the club but will push for a move away.

However, the Blues have been told that they do all in their powers to secure the signature of the star midfielder because of the many qualities they stand to benefit from him.

The star player has got a good range of passing and a bagful to trickery which adds to his ability to move the ball around in the middle of the park to keep things ticking, and his dribble which helps to create space.

The Brazilian also has a good understanding of the game and he is cool and composed but his sharpness and work rate cannot be taken likely.
