Virgil Van Dijk makes rally call to teammates

Liverpool central defender Virgil Van Dijk has made a rallying call to his teammate as they pursue their dreams of winning the double this season.

The Reds team are in contention for the Premier League title as they sit top in the league table while they are still a major force in the Champions League especially after defeating Porto by 2-0 in the first leg of the quarter-finals.

It has been established that the Merseyside outfit have got just 9 games to win and would be crowned winners of both the Champions League and the English Premier League.

Virgil Van Dijk has stated that the dream is a reality for his team, noting that any player who does not believe that they can win the double should sit at home and not turn out for the next game.

The former Southampton defender stressed that there is a need to be confident in their ability while noting that it would be a difficult task to do.

According to him, the team will not find it easy when they face Porto away from home in the second keg but he is positive that they can still do a good job and qualify to the next round.
