It has been confirmed that English Premier League side Liverpool might be landing their major target Thorgan Hazard in the coming season after it has been confirmed that he has requested to leave the club.
This was hinted by German Bundesliga outfit Borussia Monchengladbach’s
director Max Eberl.
The Belgium international is no doubt one of the best amongst his ranks and has impressed in the Bundesliga to have caught the attention of a number of teams across Europe.
West London outfit Chelsea were reported to be planning on bringing Eden Hazard’s brother to the Stamford Bridge but from every indication, they have stepped down their interest already.
But German Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund are also keen on signing the 26-year-old and will no doubt be in the race when the summer transfer window eventually reopens.
Suggestions are that Borussia Monchengladbach will not be able to stop the player’s wish and will be left with no choice than to be in a search for his replacement.
However, the Merseyside outfit now stand the chance to land their star target as manager Jurgen Klopp looks to freshen his team ahead of the coming season.
Thorgan Hazard will no doubt be a big miss because if his quality. He has so far this season scored 11 goals and provided 12 assists to help his team.
