Arsenal manager Unai Emery is sure that the Gunners will still make the top four at the end of this Premier League season despite the setback against Merseyside giants Everton.

Unai Emery and his players suffered another defeat on the road after they were beaten 1-0 by the Toffees in their Premier League clash at the Goodison Park on Sunday afternoon.

After the game, Unai Emery told reporters during his post-match press conference that they are still in a good position to secure Champions League football via a top-four finish at the end of the season.

Arsenal didn’t play well against the Toffees and they were right to end on the losing side.

As a matter of fact, Everton could have recorded a more complete win if they had taken their opportunities in the second half with the likes of Gylfi Sigurdsson and Richarlison missing good opportunities to pile more misery on the Gunners.

Everton skipper Phil Jagielka scored the only goal of the game after just ten minutes and that proved to be the only goal of the match.

The Toffees have now won their last three games in the Premier League with all the victories coming against London clubs.

They have recorded successive wins against Chelsea, West Ham United and Everton.
