Merseyside outfit Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has stated that the goal drought by Egyptian international should not be an issue because he is not bothered about it.

An Irony from what was experienced last season, the former AS Roma star has not scored a single goal in the past eight games for the Reds team.

It would be recalled that the Egypt international scored 44 goals last season across all competitions but there are fears he might not reach half the tally as he has only scored 20 so far this campaign.

Jurgen Kopp said the last-minute own goal scored by Toby Alderweireld seems like a goal for Mohamed Salah because his header had led to the incident, stressing that a lot is still expected from the star player because he has got a lot to offer.

The former Borussia Dortmund boss who noted that the team have got a number of players to rely on said Mohamed Salah still remains a threat to opponents and has been helping the team even in difficult situations.

However, Jurgen Klopp argued that his team have earned 75 points and that would have been impossible if many things were wrong.

Meanwhile, Liverpool are looking forward to winning their first domestic league title in 29 years.
