There are fears that Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri could be the cause of his downfall especially after insisting that he cares less about the criticisms of the fans after his team failed to perform well in their 2-1 win over Cardiff.

The fans were at the stadium and chanted songs, calling for the sack of the former Napoli boss but these had no effect on him.

The Blues boss has been handed the mandate to return the club back to Champions League football but this is a far journey yet for the Italian boss despite the fact that the season is already coming to an end.

The Blues team have got Man United and Tottenham to pass through before achieving their targets and that is still a major issue for Maurizio Sarri.

More to that is the fact that the club is now experiencing what is regarded as unacceptable play because the seats are now becoming empty at the Stamford Bridge and this will not be taken likely by the club owner Roman Abramovich which may lead to the sack of the manager.

This is because the fans say that they do not like the Italian boss and his style which he vowed never to change.
