Why Sarri won’t lose if he is sacked by Chelsea

The speculations of the sack of Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri is yet to ease up even as the season rounds up in a matter of months.

The Italian boss joined the West London outfit from the Serie A outfit Napoli in the last summer transfer window and there have been lots of negatives to hold on to which makes the club consider parting ways with him.

Chelsea suffered some embarrassing defeats in the course of the season and it is still unsure if they will secure qualification to the Champions League next season with a top-four finish.

However, there will be no need for regret for the Chelsea boss should he be sacked as he already has an escape route with a job reported to be waiting for him at the Italian Serie A.

It is claimed that AS Roma are keen on the former Napoli boss and will be ready to hand him a return to the Serie A ahead of the coming season as soon as he is sacked.

However, Maurizio Sarri has a chance to keep his job at the Stamford Bridge should he try his best to land the Europa League title at the end of the season.
