Sassuolo winger Jeremie Boga is certain that in-form Lille star Nicolas Pepe will join a top club when the transfer window reopens in the summer.
Boga and Pepe are international teammates.
Both players feature for the Ivorian international team and they are expected to play their respective parts for the two-time champions at this summer’s African Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.
Jeremie Boga spoke about Pepe during an exclusive interview with popular media portal Goal as he revealed that his pal has the quality to play for the best teams in Europe.
The former Chelsea star plays his club football at Italian Serie A club Sassuolo whom he joined on a permanent deal from the Blues at the start of this season.
Boga has been impressed with the form of Nicolas Pepe who was on target again at the weekend.
Pepe was on song as his Lille side came from behind to beat Nantes 3-2 away from home.
He has now scored 18 league goals for Lille in the French Ligue 1 this term in addition to a return of eight assists.
North London giants Arsenal are one of the clubs keen on a summer deal for Ivorian attacker Pepe.
German champions Bayern Munich and French Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint Germain (PSG) are said to be interested in him as well.
