29-Year-Old Arsenal Target Agrees PSG Transfer

Manchester United have been dealt a mini transfer blow following the news that one of their key midfielders has agreed on a deal to join French Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint Germain (PSG) this summer.
Ander Herrera has emerged as a key midfielder in the Manchester United XI since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took charge of the team in December.
Norwegian tactician Solskjaer was initially the interim manager before he was given the role permanently last week Thursday.
Ander Herrera has reportedly agreed to sign for PSG according to the publication from the Daily Record which claimed that contract talks between Manchester United and the player have broken down.
Ander Herrera has few months left on his current deal at Old Trafford and that means that he can leave as a free agent upon the expiration of his Manchester United contract this summer.
The 29-year-old has also been linked with clubs like Arsenal and former team Athletic Bilbao.
Arsenal manager Unai Emery is searching for a replacement for outgoing midfielder Aaron Ramsey as he sees Ander Herrera as one of the candidates for that role.
Welsh international Ramsey will join Italian champions Juventus in the summer after agreeing on a four-year free transfer deal with wages reported to be around £400,000 before tax.
