One player Jurgen Klopp has fallen in love with at the Merseyside outfit Liverpool is his new recruit Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, but it is regrettable that the player is out due to an injury he sustained last season.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain joined the Anfield from the North London outfit Arsenal and has transformed to be a key factor in the Jurgen Klopp’s team at the middle. He will not be forgotten for his superb performance for Liverpool in the Champions League last season until he had a terrible injury in the same competition and is yet to fully return after a year on the sideline.
He was reported to have returned back and had a game with the youth team but from all indications, it did not work out as planned as he had to visit the treatment room again.
Manager Jurgen Klopp has expressed regret for being carried away to have hyped the return of the England international from injury, describing it as the biggest mistake he had ever made.
The German manager, therefore, noted that he is left with no choice than to keep the star player in the shadows and allow him fully recover before bringing him back to the stage.
