Former Liverpool right-back Glen Johnson has spoken currently to the Reds team to do all it takes to bring the English Premier League title to the Anfield.

The Merseyside outfit are currently top in the Premier League table ahead of Man City with the Pep Guardiola side having a game at hand which serves as an advantaged but the Liverpool team have been told to dig in and take the final step to win the title at the end of the season.

The Reds team have not won a domestic league title since 1990 and the manager Jurgen Klopp side have been handed the charge to return the trophy home as their major priority despite having the Champions League title to challenge for.

Glen Johnson noted that his former side is good enough for the title and there should be nothing stopping them as long as the players can make up their mind to win all remaining games.

The former player admitted that both Liverpool and Man City will drop points before the end of the season but stressed that all that is needed of the Merseyside outfit is to be focused because the Citizens will drop more points than them because of their heavy schedule.
