AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie will hold showdown talks with his manager after he was heavily fined for his altercation with teammate Lucas Biglia.
According to Italian news outlet Calciomercato, Kessie was disappointed that he was fined more than the aforementioned Biglia.
Ivorian international Kessie had to apologise to his manager, Biglia, his teammates and the Milan fans after his feud with the Argentine international.
Lucas Biglia also apologised after the altercation with Kessie which took place during the Milan Derby loss to fierce rivals Inter Milan.
Franck Kessie reacted angrily towards Biglia when he was substituted during the game which ended in a 3-2 win for Inter Milan.
It was their last league game before the international break.
The result for significant for both teams as Inter Milan usurp their city rivals into third place on the table while AC Milan drop to fourth spot as a result.
Apart from the heavy fine, it was also revealed that Kessie will likely be dropped for the upcoming Serie A game with Sampdoria this weekend as part of his punishment for his misdemeanour.
Franck Kessie has been linked with the Premier League with clubs like Chelsea and Arsenal and the incident involving Lucas Biglia could be the perfect catalyst for him to leave AC Milan.
