The Merseyside outfit Liverpool have received one of the best news so far this season with manager Jurgen Klopp revealing that defender Joe Gomez has returned from injury and has started training.
Joe Gomez formed a solid partnership with Virgil Van Dijk at the start of the season which makes the Liverpool goal post invisible for players as they could not penetrate. There is no doubt that his absence is a reason for why the team has not been able to top with a wide margin.
The England international central defender broke his leg after being hit by Ben Mee at Turf Moor. He is now back to training with the German manager claiming that he is no longer injured and is close to being fit.
This news is a brilliant one for the Reds family knowing that they will have more strength to fight for the English Premier League title as they have seven games to go until the end of the season.
More so, the Reds could have Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain back to the team before the end of the season after he also returned from injury. He has had a test game with the youth team and there are indications that he is now doing better.
