Czech Republic striker Matej Vydra believes that Leicester City defender Harry Maguire is the weak point for England ahead of their Euro 2020 qualifiers.
In his pre-match thoughts ahead of the crucial match billed for the Wembley Stadium on Friday night, Burnley striker Vydra pointed out that the Czech team would be hoping to exploit the weakness that Maguire offers the England team.
Matej Vydra went on to say that Manchester United target Maguire was one of the weaknesses highlighted by Burnley when they faced his Leicester City side on Saturday.
Burnley were able to capitalise on his weakness as he was sent off in the fifth minute of their Premier League clash but the Clarets didn’t make use of the advantage from the dismissal of Harry Maguire.
In the end, Burnley were beaten 2-1 at home by 10-man Leicester City.
Maguire and England will be hoping to start their Euro 2020 qualifying campaign with a win when they face a tricky Czech team at home.
Ex-Hull City and Sheffield United centre back Maguire has seen his stock rise in the last 12 months after an impressive World Cup campaign.
He was heavily linked with a move to Manchester United last summer but the Red Devils were unable to get a deal over the line for him.
