How Klopp is honoured by “the king” after Beckenbauer statement

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has received praise from Germany great Franz Beckenbauer and it has been described by the Reds boss as being knighted by the king.

The Reds boss has been impressive so far this season with the Liverpool team as they have conceded less defeat in the Premier League in addition to standing the chance of winning it as well as the Champions League.

Jurgen Klopp has therefore been hailed by the German legend and tipped to pick up the job at Bayern Munich someday because of the good work he is doing with Liverpool.

However, Jurgen Klopp said he will not be carried away by the praise from the legend, stressing that it also does not put him under any pressure.

The Liverpool boss explained to have known the football legend for over 14 years, noting that they are good friends but stressed that he is good at the Anfield and will not do the wish of the German by moving to the Bundesliga again.

Meanwhile, Jurgen Klopp will have his attention on the big quarter-finals as his team have been drawn against FC Porto.

He noted that his team have got respect for their opponent and then do 100 percent when they meet.
