Former Liverpool player and Brazilian international Philippe Coutinho seems desperate to leave the Spanish La Liga outfit Barcelona as he is reportedly pushing for a move away to Man United, according to a report by The Mirror.

Philippe Coutinho forced a move out of the Merseyside outfit in January last year to Barcelona but life did not go for him as he planned. He is no longer a special one at the club and has been relegated to the bench, having been favoured behind French international Ousmane Dembele.

West London outfit Chelsea were reported to be seeking to land the star player but he seems to have his heart at the Old Trafford and is making moves to have a deal work through in the coming summer window.

Reports claim Philippe Coutinho has been having discussions with some Man United players over a possible move and to know more about the club.

It is, however, unclear what the plans of the Red Devils interim manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is on the Brazilian international as no reaction has been made to the speculations.

Meanwhile, there is no doubt that Philippe Coutinho will be a good addition to the Red Devils team as he is already familiar with the English League.
