Midfielder Pablo Sarabia is believed to have turned down an opportunity to play in England for West London outfit Chelsea, according to Mundo Deportivo.
Pablo Sarabia was also reported to be linked with a transfer to Stamford Bridge in the last winter transfer window but he rejected the move as well.
Pablo Sarabia has been impressive and a force to reckon with at the Spanish La Liga for Sevilla since he joined the club from Getafe in 2016. So far this season, he has scored a total of 19 goals and handed 13 assists to help his team across all competitions.
With a release clause of £15.6 million and a contract running until 2020, there are no chances that Pablo Sarabia will quit Sevilla to the West London outfit having turned them down on two occasions.
The Blues team are hoping that Pablo Sarabia can be used as a replacement for Belgium international Eden Hazard owing to his goal scoring ability and his assists on goal.
However, a move for Pablo Sarabia again in the coming summer transfer window is impossible for the Blues as they have been banned from taking part in the next two transfer windows. They failed in an attempt to stop the ban.
