Ex-Man Utd Striker Taunts PSG After Champions League Collapse

Former Manchester United striker Dimitar Berbatov has taunted French champions Paris Saint Germain (PSG) after their infamous collapse in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
In a video that he posted on his official Instagram handle, the Bulgarian football legend laughed at PSG for underestimating the Red Devils after their first-leg win at Old Trafford in February.
The ex-Bulgarian international star was delighted that Manchester United proved their worth to their last 16 opponents as he pointed out the importance of team spirit which the Red Devils showed in abundance on Wednesday night.
Manchester United had lost the first leg at home courtesy second-half goals from Presnel Kimpembe and Kylian Mbappe.
Romelu Lukaku scored twice in the first half of their second leg clash to give Manchester United a 2-1 win at the Parc des Princes in Paris with Juan Bernat scoring either side of the strikes from Belgian international Lukaku.
Manchester United kept PSG at bay until added time when the aforementioned Kimpembe was penalised for handball in the box.
Marcus Rashford stepped up to convert the penalty and send his Manchester United side to the quarterfinals on away goals.
They are through to the last eight of this season’s Champions League alongside FC Porto, Tottenham Hotspur and Ajax Amsterdam.
