PSG President Backs Tuchel After Man Utd Meltdown

Paris Saint Germain (PSG) president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has thrown his weight behind club manager Thomas Tuchel following the disappointing defeat to Manchester United in their Champions League last 16 ties.
Tuchel and his players somehow managed to lose a 2-0 lead from their away leg after they were beaten 3-1 at home.
The result was enough for Manchester United to secure a quarterfinal spot on away goals.
After the game, Al-Khelaifi expressed his displeasure at the result and the game before adding that he trusts the coach.
The PSG supremo also revealed that decisions on how to move forward from the Manchester United debacle will be taken with calm heads.
French giants PSG defeated Manchester United 2-0 in their first leg clash at Old Trafford in February and they were overwhelming favourites to progress into the next stage only for the Red Devils to mount an impressive comeback in their second leg clash on Wednesday night.
Manchester United were without 10 players for the second leg including star player Paul Pogba who was sent off in the first leg for two yellow cards.
The Red Devils also lost defender Eric Bailly to injury in the first half but they still managed to overturn the tie via a 3-1 win.
