Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu is certain that exciting forward Ousmane Dembele is a better player than Paris Saint Germain (PSG) star Neymar.
French World Cup winner Dembele became a Barcelona player after the Catalan giants paid €105m to secure his transfer from German Bundesliga champions Borussia Dortmund at the start of last season.
In his recent interview via Catalan media outlet Sport, Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu revealed that Dembele was a better player than Neymar when he was asked about a possible return to the club for Neymar.
The Barcelona president boasted about how the club signed a better player from the funds realised from the sale of Neymar in 2017.
Neymar left the club to join PSG at the start of last season after the French giants paid €220m to secure his transfer from Barcelona.
His replacement, Ousmane Dembele initially struggled with injury and disciplinary problems at the start of his Barcelona career and that led to intense transfer rumours about a move to the Premier League.
