Major League Soccer (MLS) club LA Galaxy are said to be eyeing a move for Marseille defender Adil Rami according to reports emanating from the media in France.
France football revealed the interest of LA Galaxy in the French international center back.
It was disclosed that the American club would like to sign the player who has endured a frustrating season with his French Ligue 1 club.
Adil Rami has played just 13 times for French Ligue 1 giants Marseille since the start of his campaign.
The 33-year-old has previously been linked with a move to North London giants Arsenal especially when legendary manager Arsene Wenger was in North London.
Wenger has since been replaced by Spanish tactician Unai Emery who has led the Gunners to within one point of the top four places on the Premier League table with nine games left to play.
Adil Rami was part of the French team that won last summer’s FIFA World Cup tournament in Russia via a 4-2 victory over surprise finalists Croatia in their final clash in July.
The Frenchman is in the twilight of his career and he will most likely favor a move to LA Galaxy who has former Manchester United and Inter Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic in their ranks.
