French Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint Germain (PSG) have expressed an interest in highly rated Fiorentina winger Federico Chiesa.
According to the report from Italian news outlet Rai Sport, PSG have joined others in the race to sign the talented Italian international player.
Federico Chiesa has been in very good form for Fiorentina this season and that has understandably attracted the interest of major European sides including Manchester United.
Earlier reports claim that Fiorentina have slapped a £60m asking price on the 21-year-old in a bid to ward off potential suitors.
Federico Chiesa is the son of former Italian international star Enrico Chiesa.
The young Italian winger has scored 10 goals in 27 domestic games since the start of this campaign.
Chiesa has played 11 times for the Italian national team.
Apart from Manchester United, Federico Chiesa has also been touted as possible transfer addition to other European sides like Juventus, Chelsea and Inter Milan.
Manchester United have made the possible signing of a right winger top priority ahead of this summer’s transfer window and Federico Chiesa is one of their prime candidates.
He has been in superb form since the turn of the year.
The player netted a treble in the 7-1 thrashing of AS Roma in their Coppa Italia clash last month.
