Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has called on the attacking duo of Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez to stand up and be counted for the upcoming Premier League clash with Crystal Palace.
Solskjaer urged Sanchez and Lukaku to step up during his pre-match press conference ahead of the league clash at Selhurst Park against South London club Crystal Palace on Wednesday night.
The Norwegian tactician wants the two players to perform to their potentials when they face the Eagles later this week.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Manchester United have to deal with a lot of injuries for the game against the Eagles.
As much as 10 players could miss out on that game.
Solskjaer ruled out Martial for the game during his press conference.
The Frenchman has not played for Manchester United since he went off injured during the Champions League last 16 first leg clash against French Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint Germain (PSG).
Apart from Martial, the trio of Jesse Lingard, Juan Manuel Mata and Ander Herrera will miss the game against Crystal Palace after they limped off during the weekend’s game at home to rivals Liverpool.
Despite the injury problems, Solskjaer would be targeting a win for his side as they chase a top four spot in the league this term.
