Liverpool is one of the teams that have big attachments with their fans as they will never walk alone as it is often said and that played out in their game against Man United as revealed by Andy Robertson.
The Reds played out a 0-0 draw against the Red Devils at the Old Trafford and no doubt the fans were disappointed because they expected a win to move up on the league table with three points clear.
Andy Robertson stated that he was disappointed after the game as he wished they are three points clear on the log and that has a lot to do with the fans and how they are reacting o the results.
According to him, the fans did not celebrate the return to the top because it was not satisfactory. He, therefore, maintained that it is still fair to the team as they will rather prefer to land a draw than a defeat.
Manager Jurgen Klopp has blamed the defensive approach by the home team to why his team were unable to fire in the game, noting that they always struggle against big sides that defend.
However, Liverpool will return to action later on Wednesday. A win will further stress their will to win the league with 11 games to go.
