There are indications that Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri has had a change of mind as over the future of young Englishman Callum Hudson-Odoi at the club.

Callum Hudson-Odoi has been out of favour, failing to secure regular playing time, a development that has forced him to push for a move away from the club which is yet to be successful either.

The Blues team have rejected offers on three occasions from German Bundesliga outfit Bayern Munich for the star player but he is being stopped by the Chelsea board yet, he is still not a part of the Maurizio Sarri team.

Why Sarri’s sack is not negotiable

However, in what seems to be a twist, the Italian boss has hinted there could not be a space for Callum Hudson-Odoi in the team but made it clear that he will have to let go of the wingers in his team to be able to create space for him.

Callum Hudson-Odoi is known for his great quality and that he was able to showcase in the Europa League game against Malmo where he hit a brace to ensure his side go through to the next round.

Meanwhile, going by the statement credited to the Chelsea boss, Callum Hudson-Odoi will have to hold on until next season to secure more playing time.
