English Premier League outfit Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has heaped praise on Jadon Sancho who is currently enjoying his career with his former side Borussia Dortmund.

The Reds boss expressed delight in seeing the young lad progress outside England which English players are obviously not known for.

He, therefore, expressed regret that Jadon Sancho should have been playing at the Anfield today because he had indicated interest in him and was ready to strike the deal but he was haunted by the culture amongst English clubs which does not allow them to sell players to rivals.

It is worthy to note that Jadon Sancho only left the English Premier League outfit Man City in last summer window and has made such a big impact which ensured he was invited to the national team by Gareth Southgate last year.

Recall that Liverpool had spent big the same window as they went ahead to secure the signature of Mohamed Salah, Andrew Robertson, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Dominic Solanke.

Unknown to Man City, Jadon Sancho was a star in the making and that is already manifesting as he has so far scored 8 goals and providing 10 assists in 28 games for his Borussia Dortmund team.
