How Bayern Munich missed opportunity to have Klopp

Latest report hints that English Premier League outfit Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp would have been a Bayern Munich manager but the opportunity was turned down by the German Bundesliga chief.

Jurgen Klopp joined the Red Devils about three years ago from the Bundesliga outfit Borussia Dortmund but he is yet to deliver any trophy at the club despite coming close last season in the Premier League and Champions League respectively.

Bayern Munich president Uli Hoeness has admitted that he had was close to sealing a deal with the Liverpool boss but there was a change in plans at the long run which brought in Jurgen Klinsmann.

Uli Hoeness gives this revelation ahead of the Champions League clash between the two clubs next week as he claims that the tie is expected to be a tough one for both sides.

However, Jurgen Klopp has since been established at the Anfield and has been tipped to be part of the best coaches that have ever managed the club in its history.

Jurgen Klopp is opening that he can finally deliver a trophy to the Reds this season as he hopes to win the Premier League with his eyes also on the Champions League.
