It has been revealed that manager Jurgen Klopp has approached the Liverpool management to inform them of his decision to add more defensive players in the coming summer window.
The season for Jurgen Klopp has rapidly changed from good to a sour one especially now that his Merseyside club have lost their top spot position to Man City after seeing two consecutive draws against Leicester City and West Ham United respectively.
An opportunity for the German boss to recruit more players was turned down as he stated that he would not add any player because he is happy with his squad.
Shortly after that the Reds team were dipped in an injury crisis in their defense with Joe Gomez, Dejan Lovren and Trent Alexander-Arnold all out at the moment and that has contributed to why the team are struggling.
However, the Liverpool boss seems to have learnt his lessons and is reported to have approached the management informing them of the need to add more defensive players in the coming summer window so as to avoid the same situation next time.
Meanwhile, manager Jurgen Klopp has not won a title since his reign at the Anfield and he is bent to break t5he deadlock this time around.
