Barring any last minute change in mind, English Premier League outfit Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard would be switching away from Stamford Bridge at the end of the season.

The Belgium international’s contract with the West Lidnon outfit expires soon and he has refused to pen a new deal with the club so as to push for a move away.

From all indications, Spanish La Liga outfit Real Madrid have won the race for the Belgium international ahead of French Ligue 1 outfit Paris Saint Germain and La Liga giants Barcelona, according to reports.

However, it is claimed the West London club are already aware that Eden Hazard will be moving to Real Madrid and they have decided on an asking price of £100 million.

It is however, not clear if Real Madrid will be willing to meet with the asking price of the player despite being keen on having him.

Real Madrid hope to have the Belgium international as a replacement for Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo who left the club in the last summer window to join Italian Serie A outfit Juventus.

Moreso, Chelsea are hoping that their new recruit Christian Pulisic can come in to serve as a replacement for Eden Hazard.
