This season is Liverpool’s clear chance of winning the league as they are currently sitting on top of the table with five points clear above Man City.

The league would have risen to seven points but for their disappointing draw against Leicester City which has now mounted pressure on the team.

Manchester United legend Gary Neville in his opinion feels the Reds side need to be able to see through the pressure to win more games. He noted that it can only be done with the help of experienced players who can help on the pitch and in the dressing room.

The United legend said unfortunately, the Liverpool team lack the needed experience stressing that the same scenario played out with the Merseyside club under Brendan Rodgers.

Liverpool have their next test against London side West Ham United on Monday and that will also go a long way in testing their resolve to win the league title, knowing that the London side are in good form.

However, the Liverpool boss has refused to lose his sleep over the EPL title race as he remains upbeat that his side can deliver the title this season despite the injury worries in the team.
