As the race for the English Premier League title gets tougher, there are fears that league leaders Liverpool have been reduced as England international Trent Alexander-Arnold has been confirmed to miss the Reds game against West Ham United on Monday.

This was confirmed by Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp who stated that it is now sure that Trent Alexander-Arnold will not be available for the game as he will only return to training next week to step up his recovery process.

This is believed to be a big blow to the Reds team knowing that they have got some players already in the injury room and are already looking short in the defense.

Trent Alexander-Arnold sustained a knee injury during the warm-up of the game against Brighton and he has yet to recover despite playing the game to the end.

However, Trent Alexander-Arnold will now join Joe Gomez who has also been injured and may require surgery on his fractured leg.

The Reds boss Jurgen Klopp has been has been unmoved over the injury situations as he has kept the team going and stating that he still has a good team to win the Premier League title at the end of the season.
