Italian Serie A giants Inter Milan have scheduled a meeting for Monday over the potential transfer of Udinese forward Rodrigo De Paul.

The Daily Express revealed that Inter Milan representatives will meet with Udinese officials to discuss the transfer of the aforementioned player.

Inter Milan have been identified as the man to replace Ivan Perisic at the club with the Croatian international star attracting strong interest from North London giants Arsenal.

The Gunners want to sign the Croatian international star on loan before the end of this winter transfer window on Thursday.

Arsenal have already made a €5m loan offer for Ivan Perisic with the option to make the transfer permanent this summer.

The said loan fee is for the Croatian World Cup star to join North Londoners for the remainder of this season.

Ivan Perisic was one of the best players at the 2018 FIFA World Cup tournament in Russia where he helped his country to the final before they were beaten by France.

The 29-year-old was on target in the final meeting between Croatia and France but his strike was not enough as they succumbed to a 4-2 win.

He has not been able to replicate that form for Inter Milan this term with just three goals scored in all competitions.
