Former Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez has made a strong stance on English Premier League outfit Chelsea star Kenedy who is currently on loan with his Newcastle side.

Rafa Benitez insists that he would not be forced to end Kenedy’s loan spell with the club despite the fact that he is struggling with form.

The former Liverpool boss was reacting to speculations that he would force the Brazil international to return back to West London as a result of his performance.

Rafa Benitez insists that Kenedy alongside Jacob Murphy are one of the best players in his team and he will not be able to do without them.

He, however, admits that there is a need for Kenedy to improve in his game, a situation that applies to every other player in his team but that does not mean he would be sent back to the Stamford Bridge.

However, the West London outfit are reported to be monitoring the situation at Newcastle for Kenedy as they hope to come out with a stand-in coming days, especially before the end of the season.

It is clear that Kenedy is not ready for the Chelsea first team but he could be sent out on a loan deal elsewhere should he be asked to return.
