The latest report has it that English Premier League outfit Chelsea striker has jetted out from London to Spain where he is expected to finalize his move to Atletico Madrid.
The Spanish striker has been linked with a return back to the La Liga after falling out with Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri for failing to deliver goals at the Stamford Bridge.
It was earlier reported that the former Real Madrid striker would be moving to Sevilla but the deal failed to fall through as the agreement between both clubs has been stalled.
However, it was necessary for Alvaro Morata to quit the Stamford Bridge as he is no longer in good terms with the former Napoli boss.
More so, the West London outfit have just secured the signature of Argentina international Gonzalo Higuain which leaves no room for Alvaro Morata at the club.
However, the Spanish attacker is understood to be in the process of completing an 18-month loan deal with the La Liga outfit as he would undergo a medical later on Sunday before finalizing with the other paper works.
Suggestions are that Alvaro Morata will not return back to the West London outfit again unless the Italian Boss is no longer in charge of the team.
