English Premier League outfit Chelsea are reported to have submitted a £1 million offer to Championship outfit Bristol City for the signature of Antoine Semenyo.
Antoine Semenyo has been on the radar of the West London side for a long period of time and this could be the best time to launch a bid for him.
Manager Maurizio Sarri is keen on the signature if the youngster and is believed to be willing to do all it takes to secure his signature before this January winter transfer window runs to an end.
English Premier League rivals Manchester United were also in the race for Antoine Semenyo but they have obviously lost out as they are yet to submit an offer for his signature.
Antoine Semenyo has impressed so far this season in his Newport team this season and that has caught the attention of Premier League sides, a development that makes it difficult for the Championship side to hold on to him.
The report claims that the West London side have already submitted an offer of £1 million which has already been rejected. It is understood that Bristol are willing to release Antoine Semenyo for £2 million to sanction the move to the Stamford Bridge.
