Liverpool female team have confirmed the signature of winger Jemma Purfield following her graduation from the Arizona State University in the United State.
Jemma Purfield has been impressing the Reds team for some time now having impressed in the England U23 team as a full back who has got the ability and energy to attack.
Reds manager Vicky Jepson has therefore hailed the coming of the star player as he hopes that addition will bring improvement to his side.
He noted that Jemma Purfield has been training with the team and has been identified as the solution the club has been going on.
In her reaction, Jemma Purfield expressed delight to have the opportunity to play for a big club like Liverpool as she added that she hopes to begin work immediately.
Such information is still being awaited from the male team which is managed by Jurgen Klopp but that has yet to surface with the Reds boss claiming that he is happy with his squad and might not have any need for an addition.
Although he made it clear that there could be some compromise in the club’s stand should any case of emergency rise, but there has not been any situation like that.
