English Premier League outfit Chelsea are reported to be monitoring Heerenveen winger Arber Zeneli and could make a move for him before this January winter transfer window comes to an end.
Arber Zeneli will be out of contract with his club in June which makes him available this winter with no talks of a new deal on the table for him at the moment.
Should Heerenveen refuse to have the Kosovo international, 23 leave before the end of this month, they risk the chance of losing him for free at the end of the season with the keen interest coming from the West London side for him.
The West London side are on the verge of losing their star player and Belgium international Eden Hazard which makes Arber Zeneli a good fit knowing that he has got age on his side and has shown good prospect.
However, the Blues are reportedly preparing scouts to send to watch his game against Ajax this weekend so as to make a final decision on him.
The Blues will face a number of competitions from English Premier League sides as they are all keen to land the player as well.
Suggestions are that Arber Zeneli will not hesitate to jump into an offer from the West London side when it is finally tabled.
