English Premier League side Arsenal have been tipped to be in the best position to land Liverpool target and RB Leipzig forward Timo Werner in this winter transfer window.
This is according to reports from Germany which claims that the interest in the German international from the Premier League leaders is already losing momentum.
This can also be related to the fact that the Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp hinted that he is happy with his players and might not involve in other deals this winter transfer window.
The German boss also noted that he would only be forced to the market when an emergency situation arises but that has not been seen in the situation with his defenders.
Three of Liverpool’s central defenders are already injured; a development that is a threat to the Reds title bid but that has not forced them into the market with the former Borussia Dortmund boss claiming that his side can handle the situation.
This leaves Arsenal in a better position to land the forward in this winter transfer window as soon as a bid in officially submitted for Timo Werner.
However, the German side are also keen on knowing the situation with the player as they are reported to seek his renewed signature this month or be sold.
