English Premier League leaders Liverpool are arguably the strongest in the league but they are also seeking to strengthen their squad for the second half of the season.

The Reds are currently leading in the league table and have conceded lesser goals with a solid defending by former Southampton player Virgil Van Dijk as well as the newly recruited Brazilian goalkeeper Alisson Becker.

However, manager Jurgen Klopp is still keen to add more strength to his team and has considered Bruno Fernandes as a perfect fit for the club.

Bruno Fernandes has been impressive so far this season which has caught the attention of a number of sides including Merseyside outfit Liverpool who are keen to land the superstar in this winter window as well.

However, the Reds will have to pay as much as £35.9 million to be able to meet with the asking price for Bruno Fernandes if a deal must fall through.

It can be argued that this season is the best so far for Bruno Fernandes who has scored a total of 14 goals and 9 assists in 26 games this season for his side.

Liverpool are hoping this becomes their season as they wish to land their first league title in many years.
