Spanish sides Valencia and Atletico Madrid are reportedly eyeing a possible transfer for Manchester United forward Alexis Sanchez.

According to the publication from Spanish media outlet El Gol Digital, the aforementioned duo are plotting a return to the Spanish La Liga for Chilean international forward Alexis Sanchez.

The 30-year-old left Spanish champions Barcelona for North London side Arsenal in the summer of 2014 in a transfer worth around £35m.

He went on to enjoy a successful three-and-a-year spell with the Gunners before he joined Premier League top four rivals Manchester United in January 2018.

The Chilean attacker signed for the Red Devils in a swap deal involving Armenian player Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

Alexis Sanchez has endured a frustrating twelve months at Old Trafford in what’s the complete opposite of the good times he had at Arsenal.

Earlier reports had claimed that the former Udinese star has instructed his agent to get him a move away from the club.

He was dropped from the Manchester United starting XI on numerous occasions by then manager Jose Mourinho.

The Portuguese coach lost his job last month and has swiftly been replaced by ex-Red Devils striker Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who has left the doom and gloom at Old Trafford with four straight wins in the league.
