English Premier League outfit Liverpool have not hidden their interest in Brighton & Hove Albion playmaker Pascal Gross as they stepped forward by making enquires about the player with the hope of securing his signature in this winter transfer window.
The report was earlier made public earlier this month with claims that a bid would be submitted in the first week of January to have the deal sealed and dusted.
Pascal Gross has been a major part of the Seagulls team since joining from German Bundesliga side Ingolstadt for a £3 million fee and was able to score seven goals and six assists in his debut season at the Amex Stadium.
However, the Reds team are making moves to strengthen key areas as they enter into the second half of the season as league leaders with Pascal Gross in sight.
He has therefore responded to the speculations by stating that he has seen all of the reports on newspapers and it makes him smile but made it clear that he is not leaving his side anytime soon.
According to him, he is happy at Falmer Stadium and will not seek any move for now.
Meanwhile, suggestions are that the Reds team will not give in any fight to secure the signature of Pascal Gross owing to the robust team they have got.
