The Blues have finally captured the Borussia Dortmund’s winger for a fee which is said to be at the region of £58m.
According to BBC Sports, the 20-year-old won’t join the Stamford Bridge outfits this season as he will remain with the Bundesliga giants for the rest of the campaign.

Tottenham youngster joins Huddersfield Town on loan
The North London club failed to add any player to their squad in the summer window, they are expected to bring quality players in this winter market.
However, Mauricio Pochetino has shocked his team’s supporters by releasing another player in the person of Jaden Brown on a loan deal to Huddersfield for the rest of the season.
The fee involved in the loan deal was undisclosed by both parties but Brown will be hoping he get regular first-team action with the struggling Premier League club.
Everton partway with two players
Everton Under-fire manager Marco Silva has sent two of his youngsters Kieran Dowell and Mason Holgate on loan for the rest of the season.
Dowell joins Sheffield United while Holgate joins West Brom for an undisclosed fee. Both players must perform brilliantly with their respective clubs in order convince the former Watford manager that they deserve a place in his team.
